Franklin Park Express Care Reviews

I brought my wife in after a fall. Doctor (Crisp?) was excellent. Listened well, did a thorough exam and helped her decide on treatment. Definitely a good experience.

I was very happy with my care here!!!!! This is a wonderful place for help. They listen and don't judge!!

Best urgent care in Spokane! I was seen quickly, and the doctor went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend Franklin Park Express Care.

Fantastic urgent care. The staff was friendly, professional, and the wait time was minimal. Doctor explained everything clearly. Will return if needed.

Good care overall, but the wait was a little longer than expected. Staff was still attentive and kind.

Slower than I hoped, but the nurse practitioner was excellent once I got in.

  • Summary: Short wait times, quick turn around
  • Recommendations: Medicaid not accepted, other insurances and cash accepted. Sometimes will have $45 kids physical specials. Winters can be busy.

Spokane Urgent Care North (CHAS Clinic) Reviews

The nurses were kind and helpful. The doctor took time to explain my condition, even though the wait was long.

Poor doctor attitude: Extremely unprofessional — woke up with a swollen eye, went to urgent care first thing in the morning. The doctor scolded me for having vision too poor to legally drive, and was rude about having to wear a wig … would never go to this clinic if you value your self-esteem at all.

The staff tried to help, but the visit felt disorganized. Long wait times and inconsistent instructions made the experience frustrating.

The office was clean, but the communication was poor. I received conflicting instructions on my medications and had to call back multiple times.

Waited over an hour past my appointment time. Staff seemed rushed and not very attentive, but the doctor eventually saw me and was okay.

I had went for cellulitis on my finger. They told me it was nothing, gave antibiotics, and sent me home. I had a bad feeling and went to the ER later that day. They had to do emergency surgery on my hand — I almost lost my finger.

  • Summary: Long wait times, inconsistent instructions, rushed care, occasional unprofessional behavior.
  • Recommendation: Allow extra time for waiting, clarify all instructions, and advocate for yourself. For serious conditions, consider a second opinion.

MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care – Regal St (South Hill) Reviews

Clean facility, friendly staff, and they made my child feel at ease. Wait was longer than I wanted, but the service was professional.

Poor doctor attitude: Receptionist was rude about billing, and the doctor barely acknowledged my questions. Felt like they just wanted to move me out of the room as quickly as possible.

The staff was polite, but the doctor seemed rushed and didn’t answer all my questions. Overall, a mediocre and frustrating experience.

Receptionist was rude about billing, and there was confusion over my insurance coverage. The doctor’s care was adequate but not attentive.

Whoever was in 4 days ago at night did not do a very thorough check up of my baby. We came in because my daughter had very high fevers … I felt something more was wrong and she said she was fine, it was viral and sent us home.

My daughter had tummy pain for 4 weeks. The level of incompetence at this branch is astonishing.

  • Summary: Rushed visits, billing confusion, inconsistent attention. Staff polite but organizational issues reduce overall satisfaction.
  • Recommendation: Good for minor injuries or illnesses, but verify billing, expect wait times, and consider more thorough facilities for complex cases.

MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care – Wellesley Ave (Shadle Park) Reviews:

Good care overall, staff was friendly, and my child felt comfortable

Poor doctor attitude: The doctor seemed distracted and dismissive, barely listened to my questions, and rushed through the consultation.

Staff were polite but disorganized. Wait times were long and the visit felt inefficient.

Reception was friendly, but the doctor seemed distracted and did not answer all my questions. Care felt rushed.

  • Summary: Friendly reception, but rushed care, distracted staff, and inefficiency.

Spokane Urgent Care Valley (Walk-In Clinic) Reviews

Staff were attentive once I was seen. Overall decent experience for minor care.

Went in for help with my 3-year-old, and the doctor was dismissive about her symptoms. We had to go to another clinic to get proper testing.

The visit was okay but frustrating. Long wait, rushed care, and unclear instructions left me feeling dissatisfied.

My 3-year-old was super sick, the doctor said it wasn’t necessary to test her for the flu and sent her home; a few days later I went to a different urgent care where she came back positive for Influenza A … if they would’ve tested she would’ve gotten better much quicker.

Went in for minor injuries, had to wait a long time. Staff were polite, but overall experience was underwhelming.

My daughter had tummy pain for 4 weeks. The level of incompetence at this branch is astonishing.

  • Summary: Long waits, rushed consultations, insufficient testing, and some dismissive medical staff behavior.
  • Recommendation: Good for minor ailments, but pediatric or complex cases may require a more attentive clinic.

Providence Urgent Care – 5th & Division Reviews:

Once I was seen, the doctor was great and explained everything clearly. A bit of a wait, but worth it for the care received.

Staff were polite, but the doctor seemed irritated and inattentive. I left feeling like I was bothering them by asking questions.

The care was average at best. Staff were polite but inefficient, and wait times were unnecessarily long.

Sat for over two hours for minor injuries. Staff was polite but seemed disorganized, and follow-up instructions were unclear

Overall good service once seen, but wait times were longer than expected.
